The President works closely with the NICSA Board of Directors to set the strategic direction of the association. Working with staff, the President executes the goals and objectives of the organization and manages the overall day-to-day operation of the association’s business including relationship management, member recruitment, content creation, conference management, as well as the development of new products and services to serve NICSA’s members.
Jim brings over 30 years of experience to this position and is a former NICSA board member. Previously, Jim was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management with responsibilities that included senior leadership responsibilities in both global operations and global sales roles during his career. In addition, he served as an officer of the Goldman Sachs Funds for fourteen years and currently serves as an Independent Trustee for the Hays Series Trust. Jim began his career with The Boston Company and later First Data Investor Services Group, a subsidiary of the surviving entity, First Data Corporation, where he held several senior management positions during his tenure. Most recently Jim was President of Executive Business Coaching, Inc. where he specialized in corporate strategy and executive development.

NICSA's Sales and Member Engagement contact will focus on external sales to potential member firms and will work to expand and enhance our relationships with existing member firms.
Anne has over thirty years of experience in financial services. She has served in various senior roles at leading broker dealer, mutual fund and investment management organizations including Carnegie Capital Management, Stein Roe & Farnham and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Anne’s career includes oversight of internal operations, retail sales desk and customer support, product support, and retail and institutional call center operations. Most recently, Anne served as Senior Vice President, Strategic Account Management at Morningstar, Inc. responsible for Morningstar’s key strategic relationships.

Vice President, Sponsorships and Exhibits Sales

NICSA’s Sponsorship & Exhibit Sales Contact has direct responsibility for selling sponsorships and exhibits for all of NICSA’s meetings, conferences, webinars and platforms. This position also works closely with the Director of Social Media and Marketing and the Event Sponsorship and Meetings Manager to support conferences, webinar marketing and communication efforts.
Andy brings over 25 years of experience in the sales industry. Before joining NICSA, Andy worked in the hotel business with Starwood, Wyndham and Hilton Hotels. Andy’s passion is finding out what organization’s true needs are in order to build a partnership that benefits all parties! Andy, a graduate from Michigan State University, participates as a mentor in the University’s Spartan Mentor/Mentee program, volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, is actively involved in Toastmasters International and has one teenage son.

Allison has 20+ years of communications and content management experience within the asset management industry. She brings proven capabilities in global brand strategies, print and digital marketing, client servicing and communications, public relations, and advertising to this role. She spent over 19 years with VanEck, where she most recently served as Vice President of Marketing with senior leadership responsibilities in developing and launching new products as well as corporate content and communication strategies. Allison is a graduate of Rutgers University, volunteers with Girl Scouts of the USA, and is a passionate outdoors enthusiast.
Meetings and Events Manager

Event & Meetings Manager has direct responsibility for
the day-to-day management of meetings, webinars, committee coordination, and other administrative duties as assigned. This position also works closely with the Director of Social Media and Marketing to support conference, webinar marketing and communications efforts.
Before joining NICSA, Lilly worked in the hospitality
industry as an Event and Communications Coordinator. With five years of
experience on the hotel side of things, Lilly seamlessly made the switch
to the planning side, integrating her knowledge and expertise into her
current position. Lilly's passion is building relationships and seeing
events come to life. She has a keen eye for detail and a passion for
people and planning.
Membership & Operations Coordinator

NICSA’s Membership & Operations Coordinator manages the membership renewal process and
maintains the membership database. In addition, they manage meeting
registration for NICSA conferences and provide administrative support to
other NICSA staff.
Jordan graduated from Georgetown University in 2016 with a master's degree in Sports Industry Management.
Marketing & Communications Manager

The primary roles of the marketing manager are to: implement and monitor all aspects of NICSA’s social media and marketing and communications efforts with the goal of promoting and enhancing the public image of NICSA. This is accomplished through the development and execution of marketing strategies and content.
Kelly is an enthusiastic, dedicated, high performing professional with more than 5 years' experience supporting multiple clients in growing membership and bottom-line performance. Some of her demonstrated skills include: streamlining operational efficiencies, client relations, project management and strategic planning. Kelly is a graduate of James Madison University with a BS degree in Communications.
