Recently, the SEC voted to improve the experience of investors who invest in mutual funds, ETFs and other investment funds by making shareholder reports and other materials accessible at a website address specified in a notice to investors. This new, optional "notice and access" method for delivering reports has the potential to improve efficiency and enhance access to important fund disclosure.
