The NextGen Committee is comprised of emerging leaders from innovative asset managers, service providers, and audit and consulting firms across the industry.  Members of the Committee develop and share programs that touch on topics most relevant for millennials within the global asset management industry. Participation on the Committee allows them to share these perspectives directly with executives actively involved in Association leadership and broadly with the NICSA membership.
