  Cancellation Policy  
 
 
 

Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Friday, January 12, 2007 to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the deadline.   Substitutions are permitted with advance written notice.   Please fax your cancellation and/or substitution request to Doris Jaimes, NICSA Registrar, at (508) 485-1560 or email djaimes@nicsa.org.
