Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is made. Group room rates will be honored three days pre and post conference based on availability.

Discounts

NICSA attendees will receive a discounted daily rate of $25 for use of Aquae Sulis Spa exercise floor, ritual area and hydro circuit pools.

A 10% discount on Aquae Sulis Spa massage therapies and facials will be extended to all group attendees all week (Friday the 24th thru Friday the 31st). When a massage therapy or facial appointment is booked, the $25 daily use fee will be waived for that day.
