Member firms combine an exhibit booth and select sponsorship opportunities for a great way to maximize your visibility at the conference and save $700! You'll get:

Reception & Event Sponsorships

NICSA functions at the Annual Conference are a great vehicle to maximize a sponsor's visibility. The sponsoring companies will be

• acknowledged on the Conference website
• in the pre-conference literature (if received by November 21st)
• in on-site conference literature
• signage on-site

Receptions will take place in the Exhibit Hall. A 6' skirted table for sponsor is available on request.

19th Hole Post Tournament Reception
The 19th Hole is the post-tournament reception on Monday where participants gather to view their scores and collect prizes. All conference golfers, attendees and exhibitors are welcome at this coveted event. A 6' skirted table for sponsor use is available on request.

Golf Tournament Sponsorships

Nearly 250 mutual fund industry professionals participate in NICSA's Annual Golf Tournament. The tournament is scheduled for Monday, February 16, 2009 on two of Doral's championship courses: the Red and Doral's famous Blue Monster. Each course will accommodate up to 144 players. All sponsor names will appear in the Golf Tournament Guide.

Box Lunches
One sponsorship is available and includes: signage identifying the sponsor company and company logo printed on the NICSA Golf Tournament Guide. The sponsor is responsible for the cost of box lunches for tournament participants. No additional fees would apply.

Golf Tee Sponsorship
Buy sponsorship of a hole/tee on one or both courses for best value and maximum visibility. Sponsorship includes one 6' skirted table for sponsor use (upon request) and signage at your tee.

The following are the golf tee sponsorships available on each course. Contest winners are announced at the Reception at the 19th Hole.

• Longest Drive Contest - Sponsor is responsible for determining contest rules, contest winners, awarding prizes and staffing the golf tee.
• Closest to the Pin Contest - Sponsor is responsible for determining contest rules, contest winners, awarding prizes and staffing the golf tee.
• Hole-in-One Contest - Sponsor is responsible for contracting insurance, awarding prize and staffing golf tee.
• Refreshment Sponsor - Sponsor is responsible for providing refreshments, contacting the Doral Catering Department directly to make arrangements and staffing golf tee.
• Team Photograph - Sponsor is responsible for contracting photographer (NICSA will make introduction) and distributing pictures to players after the tournament at the Reception at the 19th Hole.
• Hit the Ball with a Golf Pro - Sponsor is responsible for contracting golf pro and staffing golf tee.
• Gift Giveaway - Sponsor is responsible for having some type of fun giveaway at the hole.
• Raffle - Grab a fish bowl and have golfers drop their business cards in it as they pass through.  At the Reception at the 19th Hole, pick a name and give away a great, unforgettable gift!
• Tee Sponsor - Don't have a company representative to sit at the tee? NICSA can place a sign at the tee thanking your company for sponsoring.

Welcome NICSA attendees with your logo on the attendee bag or name badge lanyard. You can also have your branded gift included in the packet that participants receive. Bag must incorporate NICSA's logo.

Company Logo on Doral Room Key Cards
Put your company logo on the key cards at the Doral.  The sponsoring company is responsible for working directly with the key card company to have key cards made (NICSA will make the introduction).  NICSA will handle the relationship with the Doral to ensure that these logo key cards are distributed to all NICSA guests staying at Doral for the Annual Conference.

Internet Kiosks
Host free internet service for all Annual Conference attendees with your logo on the Internet Kiosks! These machines will sit in the pre-foyer area by the ballroom.  Sponsoring company will work directly with the kiosk company (NICSA will make the introduction). NICSA will handle the relationship with the Doral to ensure that these internet kiosks are properly placed in a visible area.
